Delivery and Transportation Rules

 

I. Scope of Application

These Delivery and Transportation Rules apply to all products purchased through the arcteryx.id official website or e-commerce platform (including but not limited to

[https://www.arcteryx.id] in the Indonesian region).

 

 II. Order Confirmation and Shipping Time

-Order Confirmation: Once you have successfully placed an order on the ARC'TERYX e-commerce platform, we will immediately confirm your order.

- Shipping Time:

    - Orders that are successfully placed and paid for before 16:00 (Indonesia local time) on the same day will be shipped on the same day whenever possible.

    - Orders that are successfully placed and paid for after 16:00 (Indonesia local time) on the same day will be shipped the following day.

    - For pre-sale products, the shipping time will follow the agreed pre-sale schedule.

 

 III. Shipping Methods

- Standard Shipping: By default, all orders will be shipped via standard shipping. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 working days, with the exact time depending on your delivery address.

- Expedited Shipping: If you require expedited shipping, please contact our customer service team when placing the order. Expedited shipping usually takes 1-2 working days, but additional expedited fees will be charged.

 

 IV. Delivery Address

- Address Requirements: Please ensure that the delivery address you provide at the time of placing the order is accurate and complete. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may lead to delivery delays or failure.

- Address Change: If you need to change the delivery address, please contact our customer service team (customerservice@arcteryxindonesia.com) before the order is processed. Once the order has entered the shipping stage, the address cannot be changed.

 

 V. Delivery Time

- Estimated Delivery Time: The delivery time will be determined based on your order processing time and the selected shipping method. The estimated delivery time for standard shipping is 3-5 working days after the order is processed, while expedited shipping takes 1-2 working days.

- **Delay Notification**: If there is a delay in delivery due to force majeure or other unforeseen reasons, we will notify you in promptly and provide a new estimated delivery time.

 

VI. Transportation Costs

- Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping for all orders placed on the ARC'TERYX official platform.

 

VII. Product Checking Upon Delivery

- Acceptance Time: You should inspect the product within 24 hours of receiving it. If you find any issues with the product (such as damage or missing items), please contact our customer service team immediately(customerservice@arcteryxindonesia.com).

- Checking Standards: Please check whether the product matches the order description, including the model, color, size, etc. If there are any quality issues with the product, please keep the product and packaging, and provide relevant photos to assist us in processing the issue.

 

 VIII. Transportation Insurance

- Insurance: All products purchased through the ARC'TERYX e-commerce platform are covered by shipping insurance. If the product is damaged or lost during transportation, we will provide a full refund or replacement.

Shipping and Delivery FAQs

 

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

We strive to process all orders as quickly as possible and once the order is placed and payment is processed, you cannot cancel the order. If you need to return any items, please wait until you receive the goods and then visit our Returns and Refund page.

 

Can I add items to an existing order?

Items cannot be added to an already confirmed order. Once the checkout is complete and a confirmation number is sent, your order is confirmed. If you would like to order other additional items, you are welcome to place a new order online.

 

Can Arc'teryx ship to multiple addresses?

We don't ship to multiple addresses. Each order can only be shipped to one address.

If you want to send multiple items to different addresses, you must complete a new order for each separate destination.

 

Will public holidays cause delivery delays?

Public holidays may affect shipping times.

 

What packaging will my order be shipped in?

The packaging method will be determined by the products and quantities in your order. We take great care when packing products to ensure that all items they arrive at their destination in perfect condition.
