This policy is designed to minimize the hassle of exchanges and ensure you get the perfect product every time.
How it works:
If you need to exchange an item of a different size. Simply contact our customer service team and we will send the new size directly to you at no extra cost.
Start the exchange:

Provide your order number and the size you would like to receive.
Our team will immediately process your exchange request and send you a new item.
Returns
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase and returned items must be in new and unused condition, including all original tags and labels.
All returned items must be in their original and unused condition and packaging and are subject to inspection.
Returns are at your own expense.
Upon receipt of the merchandise, we will issue a refund to you.

Defective or faulty products:
When you receive your order, we strongly recommend that you take the time to inspect it carefully to ensure that the product meets your expectations.

We ask that you contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order so that we can quickly and efficiently resolve any issues that may arise. At arcteryx,

Order Cancellation:
Please double check the size, color, quantity, recipient, shipping address and other information before making payment.
If you wish to make changes to your order, please contact customer service (email:arcteryxid@outlook.com) within 2 hours of placing the order. We will gladly make the changes and reply within 24 business hours.
Your order cannot be canceled once it has been processed and packed.
Return Process:
Please contact customer service. Customer service will provide you with a delivery address. If there is no problem with quality, the customer must pay the logistics cost by himself.
